The accreditation process was rigorous and professional. Everything was well explained and well organised. Since passing, I have been impressed by the high standards on the administrative side and in the running of the shamanic cafe. Jim does an excellent job of holding space for a talking stick discussion of questions that members bring to the group and for distance healing for those in need. The space is non-judgemental. Everyone I have met has been friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and welcomed in the Shamanic Healers Circle from the first day that I arrived. I love the fact that you can jump into the course on any of the 4 'Foundation Course' weekends throughout the year, this has really helped with my journey into Shamanic Healing. The classes are full of practical exercises, so you get some fantastic hands-on experience - this has really helped with my confidence. The Shamanic Healers Circle is a resourceful place for practitioners looking for continue their training, for connecting with like-minded people, and for finding a community of people who can be interested in what you have to offer. I have been a member for a few months and already got so much out of it, including a live call to be with other highly qualified practitioners. Although I am a member in other organisations, I feel that my participation at the SHC is very personal and tangible, and it has been the best place to expand my connections in the UK.
