Energy Healer Training: Integrating Spirit, Self, and Nature
A 3-part (7.5-day) immersive journey through the Three Worlds of Shamanic Consciousness, from the Lower World of roots and power, through the Middle World of heart and relationship, to the Upper World of vision and integration. We will explore energy awareness, sacred tools, ceremony, and healing in a balanced and ethical framework.

Session 1 – Roots and Power: Connecting with Earth Allies and Foundations
(2.5 Days)
Theme: Grounding, connection to Earth, animal and plant allies, and ancestral power.
You will learn to:
- Understand the Three-World cosmology and the role of the healer as bridge between them.
- Journey to the Lower World to meet your Animal Teacher and Ancestral Allies.
- Work with Plant Spirits for guidance and medicine.
- Establish energy foundations, grounding, and boundaries.
- Offer reciprocity rituals to honour the land and spirits of place.
- Explore group rituals for connection and protection.

Session 2 – Heart and Harmony: Tools for Living Connection and Energy Flow
(2.5 Days)
Theme: Balancing energy in the world of humans and nature; cultivating discernment, compassion, and sacred relationship.
You will learn to:
- Explore sacred tools; drums, rattles, stones, herbs and their living spirit.
- Work with sound and vibration for transformation and alignment.
- Engage the sacred elements: smudging, water, air, fire, earth.
- Journey in the Middle World to connect with spirits of place (trees, rivers, winds).
- Practice heart-aware healing and learn ethical discernment between energies.
- Create and maintain sacred space with integrity and clarity.
- Participate in a Group Sound Ceremony for balance and integration.

- Journey to the Upper World to meet a Teacher of Light or Spirit Guide.
- Receive vision, song, or symbol for personal and collective healing.
- Practice future-self or destiny retrieval for alignment with soul purpose.
- Participate in traditional healing ceremonies and group ritual.
- Engage remote and distance healing with guidance from the Upper World.
- Integrate insights through reflection, journaling, and community sharing.
- Celebrate completion with a Closing Ceremony & Certificate Presentation.
